I’ve been practicing yoga for about 10 years now, and I proudly completed my 200-hour teacher training at One Point One Yoga in Pittsburgh in 2023. I love to dance, and you'll find that my classes are infused with dynamic movement and dancey flows. I wouldn’t necessarily describe myself as a good dancer, but I do describe myself as a fun dancer. I encourage that same essence within my yoga classes--a focus on enjoying the movement rather than on what it looks like or what we think it "should" look like. I'm a believer that yoga is for everybody and above all else, it’s important to me to foster an environment where students of all identities feel welcome. As a teacher, I aim to create opportunities for connection to the body, to the mind, and to our community.
In my classes, you can expect: creative sequencing that progressively builds in intensity with opportunities for rest and breathwork throughout; options for modifications and hands-on assists; and a fun playlist!
