Jenn DiLeo
Jenn DiLeo has taught high school English for 22 years, but it wasn't until her late 30s that she discovered Yoga. What began as a search for healthier habits became a spiritual and energetic unraveling—and, eventually, a calling. Her own journey through chronic pain led her to explore the nervous system, somatic movement, and the gut-brain connection, all of which now shape how she teaches.
She's the author of No Added Sugar: How To Swim in Honey Without Eating It, a collection of prose and poetry on letting go, sitting with pain, and finding joy in an overstimulated world—themes that show up in her classes, too.
She is a certified RYT 200-hour teacher and certified in Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She's most drawn to modalities that calm the nervous system and help students slow down. Expect a calming playlist, essential oils, sound healing, and therapeutic postures — and a teacher focused on helping you learn the language of your own body.
