Cait Fields is a IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in deep relaxation, blending mind-body techniques to support holistic well-being and nurture mental, emotional and physical balance. Practicing yoga since 2007, Cait began teaching in 2019 and earned her Yoga Therapy certification in 2024 from Prema Yoga Institute. Her approach integrates the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda with a modern understanding of anatomy and movement, creating practices that are accessible to all.
