Arriving in Kingston, NY in 2021, I was in dire need of community and also suffered a traumatic fall. I found healing through yoga - with an aha soul-body moment, and within the community at The Yoga House. Through my own experiences in loss, I observed first-hand how yoga unfurls and heals the depths of grief within our bodies and souls. I quickly fell in love with the mind-body connection of yoga, and its holistic approach to movement & inner expression. I was drawn by a force to go deeper, and continued my own healing journey by completing my 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga House in 2022. 

I offer a restorative practice, diving into a paradox of ease and tension within, and how it manifests outwardly. I teach with kindness and compassion, and work to find peace and healing through our tangled emotions and experiences.  

In addition to my love for yoga, I also hold a Mat Pilates certification, and love all things ballet & barre.
