Susannah Powell
Susannah has been studying and teaching yoga and movement since 2009. A passionate and devoted teacher Susannah believes deeply in yoga’s transformative power to restore and heal both mind and body; she encourages her students to approach their practice with curiosity and a sense of play, and sees working through challenges as the best way to foster growth. Susannah wants her students to leave each class feeling energized, renewed, and more connected to themselves.
Susannah blends strength-building practices with therapeutic and adaptive methods tailored to the needs of her students, inviting them to explore different ways of moving through postures, cultivating both self-awareness and resilience
Above all, Susannah strives to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students can tune into their bodies, explore freely, and grow with confidence. Through her supportive and mindful approach, she provides the tools for students to cultivate balance, strength, and clarity—on and off the mat.
