Morgan Degan

Morgan discovered yoga in 2011. Inspired as a student, making yoga central in her life, she completed her yoga 200-hour training in 2017. Embracing the philosophy that yoga is for everyBODY, Morgan sequences her classes to be accessible and reachable (yet challenging!), emphasizing the essential gift yoga gave her - the connectivity between mind and body. Understanding there is always more to learn from teachers and students alike, she brings a sense of discovery (and a sense of humor) to her classes, helping practitioners gain a greater connection to their minds and bodies; the most important guides!
