Brian Hooper

Brian first came to yoga three decades ago and has enjoyed the practice ever since. For him, yoga is less about perfection and more about showing up for the ongoing journey. Every day is different, every practice feels different and each practice offers the opportunity for something new. After completing his teacher training at The Yoga House, he began sharing yoga as a way to help others discover the same joy, balance and self-care that have kept him returning to the mat for over 30 years. Brian’s classes are welcoming and supportive, with a lighthearted tone that reminds students not to take themselves too seriously while still honoring the practice. He encourages students to listen to their bodies, find what feels right for them in the moment and maybe even smile along the way.
