Co-owner of The Yoga House, Amy is dedicated to helping others find multi-dimensional balance and strength through mindful movement and holistic practices. Her Yoga teaching draws from years of experience across multiple modalities, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal, and is integrated with Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, and Sound Healing. With a passionate focus on offering whole-self wellness, Amy is additionally certified in TRX, Pilates, Barre, and Reiki, and she offers a deeply intentional knowledge of functional movement, biomechanics, and somatic release.
Her classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats are soulful, creative, and personalized, designed to meet students where they are and help them connect more deeply to themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
